Mr. McGavin is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America; Past President of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, Fellow of the Virginia Law Foundation, Member of the Select Committee of The VBA that authors Virginia’s “Evidence Handbook”, and serves on the Steering Committee of the prestigious Boyd-Graves Committee.
